SHIPPING POLICY
Sun Clone is committed to providing pest- and disease-free plants. We do our best to provide accurate orders and a top-quality product. Please note that plants are living organisms that require intensive care, and the shipping process can cause stress. We appreciate your understanding.
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
We ship orders Monday–Wednesday, excluding bank holidays and weather delays. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed until the next available shipping day.
SHIPPING WITH UPS
Sun Clone offers free UPS Overnight Air shipping on all U.S. orders, with some exceptions for Alaska and Hawaii.
UPS may offer delivery to designated local pickup locations for customer convenience. Pickup locations are operated by UPS and are outside of Sun Clone’s responsibility.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or addresses outside of the United States.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT DELIVERY
Effective January 1, 2026, all Sun Clone shipments will require a signature upon delivery.
UPS will not release packages without a signature.
What this means for customers:

Please monitor your email for tracking information. Tracking is typically sent by 4:00 PM PST on the day your order ships.

Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

UPS may require photo ID to verify the recipient is 21 years of age or older.

Ensure responsible delivery and prevent plant material from being delivered to minors
Sun Clone is not responsible for delivery delays, missed deliveries, or returned packages due to unavailable recipients or refusal to sign.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with an active UPS tracking number. Delivery delays outside of Sun Clone’s control may occur. Please refer to UPS Tracking for the most accurate delivery updates.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Sun Clone is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied during or after shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders are only eligible for cancellation prior to payment.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once an order has shipped.
DAMAGES
Sun Clone is not liable for damaged or lost packages. If plants arrive damaged, please contact us by email and retain all packaging materials in order to file a claim.

If plants are deemed unsalvageable despite proper care, replacement plants may be offered at Sun Clone’s discretion.
DISPUTES
Disputes must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and before plants are transplanted out of their shipping pot. Disputes submitted after this window will not be accepted.
REOCCURRING ISSUES
Sun Clone reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including ongoing or recurring customer or quality issues.
