Sun-Clone.com Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sun-Clone.com. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

Shipping Policy

Sun Clone is committed to providing pest- and disease-free plants. We do our best to provide accurate orders and a top-quality product. Please note that plants are living organisms that require intensive care, and the shipping process can cause stress. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Processing Times

We ship orders Monday–Wednesday, excluding bank holidays and weather delays. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed until the next available shipping day.

Shipping Provider

Sun Clone offers free UPS Overnight Air, or USPS Express or Priority Express shipping on all U.S. orders, with some exceptions for Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS may offer delivery to designated local pickup locations for customer convenience. Pickup locations are operated by UPS and are outside of Sun Clone’s responsibility.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or addresses outside of the United States.

Signature Required with UPS

Effective January 1, 2026, all Sun Clone shipments will require a signature upon delivery.

UPS will not release packages without a signature.

What this means for customers:

  • Please monitor your email for tracking information. Tracking is typically sent by 4:00 PM PST on the day your order ships.

  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

  • UPS may require photo ID to verify the recipient is 21 years of age or older.

This policy is required to:

  • Remain compliant with UPS shipping requirements

  • Align with current hemp regulations

  • Ensure responsible delivery and prevent plant material from being delivered to minors

Sun Clone is not responsible for delivery delays, missed deliveries, or returned packages due to unavailable recipients or refusal to sign.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with an active UPS or USPS tracking number. Delivery delays outside of Sun Clone’s control may occur. Please refer to UPS Tracking for the most accurate delivery updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Sun Clone is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied during or after shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders are only eligible for cancellation prior to payment.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once an order has shipped.

Damages

Sun Clone is not liable for damaged or lost packages. If plants arrive damaged, please contact us by email and retain all packaging materials in order to file a claim.

Replacements

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email info@sun-clone.com with:

  • Photos of the plants received

  • Order number

  • Delivery date

  • Any relevant details

If plants are deemed unsalvageable despite proper care, replacement plants may be offered at Sun Clone’s discretion.

Disputes

Disputes must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and before plants are transplanted out of their shipping pot. Disputes submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Reoccurring Issues

Sun Clone reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including ongoing or recurring customer or quality issues.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Sun-Clone.com. By placing an order, you certify that you meet this requirement and that purchasing and possessing our products is legal in your jurisdiction.

Products

Sun-Clone.com sells federally compliant hemp genetics, including live vegetative plants, clones, seeds, tissue culture plants, and related cultivation products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

Federal Compliance

Our live hemp plants are produced in compliance with applicable federal and state hemp regulations and are intended to contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis where required by law.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all state and local laws regarding possession, cultivation, transport, and use of hemp plants. Sun-Clone makes no representation that our products are legal in every jurisdiction.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before orders are processed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday to minimize transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sun-Clone is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive live plant shipments.

Live Plant Arrival Policy

Live plants are perishable products.

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours, including clear photographs of the packaging and plants.

Approved replacement claims are made at Sun-Clone's sole discretion.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are generally final.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content on Sun-Clone.com, including photographs, strain descriptions, logos, graphics, text, and trademarks, remains the property of Sun-Clone and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Product Disclaimer

Plants are living organisms, and growth, performance, cannabinoid content, terpene profiles, and yields are influenced by environmental conditions and cultivation practices.

Sun-Clone does not guarantee specific harvest results or commercial outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun-Clone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to conflict of law principles.
