Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SunClone. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. 


Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Our shipment days are Monday-Wednesday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, We will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates
SunClone offers free shipping on all orders in the US, with some exceptions for AK and HI.  SunClones are shipped through USPS or UPS overnight. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
SunClone ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. We will not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active immediately.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SunClone is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)


Damages
SunClone is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sun Clone is committed to providing pest and disease-free plants, guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with an order, we want the chance to make things right on the next order. We do our best to provide accurate orders and a top-quality product, and we appreciate your understanding that plants are living organisms, that require intensive care. 

 

At the time of purchase, the sale is final. We will not accept returns after your order has been shipped.

 

What to do if you want to cancel your order before it has shipped

Please call SunClone at 541 929 7227 to cancel. We do ask that you contact us within a sufficient time (at least 48 hours before delivery is scheduled is preferred.) Is there something we could have done better? Please provide all relevant information on the basis of your cancellation so that we can improve for next time. 

 

What to do if you are not happy with your order

Please call SunClone at (541) 929-7227 for order disputes. Disputes should be addressed as soon as possible, within 3 days of the delivery date. If you are not happy with your plants, we want to help in any way we can. We generally offer a discount or credit toward your next SunClone purchase.

Reasons to not accept a return

·  Timeline- we cannot accept disputes after 3 days of the delivery date. All disputes must be addressed before 3 days since the sale has passed.

·  Discounted Items- We do promotions periodically to cycle inventory. We cannot accept returns of heavily discounted item sales. All clearance sale items are non-refundable.

 

RECURRING ISSUES WITH RETURNS-

If you have reoccurring issues with your order, we cannot continue sales to said address. We reserve the right to refuse sales to any customer on this basis.
