NY Cheese is strain bred from the foumouse strain Cheese and NYC Diesel. This strain is Sativa dominant. This strain will be ready for harvest in around 10-12 weeks. It has a lower than average yield, you can expect 0.5-1 oz/ft2 indoor and 1-2 oz/plant outdoor. NY Cheese is one of the most difficult plants you could choose. Branches grow to be very thin and need a lot of extra support, and outdoor growth becomes difficult as the plant reacts strongly to sudden changes in temperature or pests. Indoor cultivation is recommended as long as you top early and use organic soil. This plant has a very strong floral and fruity aroma that includes apricot, strawberry, citrus, lavender with a chemical undertone that rounds it out. The terpenes that are involved in producing this pungent aroma is myrcene, pulegone, geraniol and carene.
