
Paying For Your Sun Clone Order
Sun Clone provides multiple ways to pay invoices:
Zelle Pay: agranallc 503 840 4113

Debit/Credit card: www.agranaservices.com (Yes, this is the right website, pick the item that matches your invoice total.)
or by Phone: 541 929 7227
Please reference the order number from your confirmation email when making payment.

Once your order is paid for, it will be added to our shipping queue. We will email you a receipt once the order has been marked as paid and added to the shipping queue.
We ship Monday-Wednesday, holidays and weather permitting.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Below is step-by-step instructions for each of the payment methods.

Zelle
1. Find Zelle in your mobile banking app. If you already have your banking app on your phone, there's no download necessary. If you aren’t sure if your bank offers Zelle go to zellepay.com to find your bank. If your bank or credit union doesn't offer Zelle yet, just download the Zelle app to get started.

2. Once you’re enrolled with Zelle, find your “Pay with Zelle” tab or button in your mobile banking app or on your Zelle app. (Some mobile banking apps may have a different name for the pay with Zelle tab such as, “Quick Pay with Zelle” or “Send money with Zelle”).
​
3. All you need to send your payment is the email address of the recipient (sunclone.sales@gmail.com) or the U.S. mobile phone number (503 840 4113) of the recipient or you can search Zelle users by username (@agranallc).

4. Enter the amount you want to send and add a note in the “Memo” text box with your order number which will be included in an email sent to you shortly after you click “Place Order” within your Sun Clone shopping cart.
5. Review payment details and click “Send money”

Pay Directly by Card Online
(no third-party apps involved)
1. Go to www.agranaservices.com
​
2. Select the item that matches your order total. This can be found in an email that will be sent to you shortly after you have clicked “Place Order” within your Sun Clone shopping cart.

3. If you don’t see an item that exactly matches your order total, then add the “Owner’s Manual for Cart on Wheels” item to your cart and make the quantity of this item match your order total. (To quickly increase the item quantity, highlight the quantity and type in the desired total).

4. Make sure the subtotal matches the owed amount and press “View Cart”.
​
5. Make sure the cost of the items in your cart add up to your SunClone order total, then press “Checkout”.
​
6. Enter your contact information and shipping details then press continue.
​
7. When you get to the Payment section, enter credit/debit card information or press the option to pay with Paypal.
​
8. After you have entered all your information press “Continue” and review your order summary. Once you have confirmed all details are correct, place your order and we will get your package to you as quickly as possible.
Card by Phone
​
1. To pay by phone, make sure you have selected your desired items on our website and added them to your cart. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information.
​
2. After you have reviewed your order, press “Place Order and Pay” and you will receive an email with your order total and your order number.
​
3. Call our office at (541) 929 7227 and tell us your name or order number.
​
4. We will ask for your card number, expiration date, and cvv.
​
5. We will charge your card directly for the total amount and you will receive an invoice confirming your payment
